We can't accept unverifiable reviews — buyers wouldn't trust them and Google's policies on review schema are strict. Every rating on this page meets all four of the following:
The verification trail (engagement reference, reviewer email, publish date) is retained internally and is available to UK regulators on request.
Once your engagement is marked complete in your dashboard you'll receive a one-time review link by email. Rate your provider across delivery, communication, and outcome — published within 48 hours after verification.

Every rating comes from a UK business that booked a paid engagement with a provider through AutomationHire's quote-matching flow. We verify the engagement happened (invoice or contract reference) before the rating is published, and we publish only first-party, non-incentivised reviews.
The 4.8/5 figure is the unweighted mean across 222 individual client ratings collected on the profiles of our six featured verified providers. The breakdown by provider is published on this page so the number is independently checkable.
No. AutomationHire never removes a verified review at a provider's request. Providers may publicly respond to any review on their profile. Reviews are only removed if they breach our guidelines (defamation, off-topic, contains personal data, or fails verification).
Once your engagement is marked complete in the dashboard you'll receive a one-time review link by email. You can rate 1-5 stars across delivery, communication, and outcome, plus leave a written review. Reviews are published within 48 hours after verification.
Reviews are not currently audited by a third party. The verification trail (engagement reference, reviewer email, publish date) is retained internally and is available to UK regulators on request. We're evaluating Trustpilot integration for 2026.
No. The rating is high because we vet providers before they're listed (60% of applications are rejected on first review) and because clients self-select their match through our quote flow, which improves fit. Distribution: 71% of ratings are 5-star, 20% are 4-star, 7% are 3-star, 2% are 1-2 star.
Yes — every provider profile shows their full review history, individual star ratings across delivery/communication/outcome, written client feedback, and the provider's public responses. You can browse providers on the directory and filter by minimum rating.
